Cookware Clad Metal?
The clad metal for cookware product made of combination of SS/AL/SS (CU) which is using advantage of stainless high strength and high thermal conductivity of AL
The cookware product made by aluminum single layer has high thermal conductivity property but easily deformation due to weak strength. And also known as too much aluminum intake can cause Alzheimer's disease.
In addition, stainless steel single material has a beautiful appearance, but has a weakness of thermal conductivity that make food is not evenly cooked.
Clad cookware can overcome these disadvantage of single layer, with high thermal conductivity it can minimize nutrient destruction due to short cooking time. Because various advantage, the demand is expected to increase gradually.
