PRE-COATING CLAD

Normal fry pan have been applied non stick coating after drawing. After creating a bond structure to increase the adhesion of the coating and through the etching process in advance on sheet condition. So, the coating is not easy to separate from base metal. Both using two-layer fluorine coating, although TOP coating layer is worn out , BASE coating layer will keep non-stick to continue.
